Meet Stephanie

I'm Stephanie certified kambo practitioner (IAKP), NLP coach, somatic bodywork facilitator, and yoga teacher based in Amsterdam.

I didn't arrive here through theory.

I arrived here through my own body.

In 2019, a stubborn staph infection that antibiotics couldn't touch disappeared after my first kambo ceremony. That moment cracked something open and sent me down a path of studying everything I could about plant medicines, the nervous system, and the intelligence of the body.

Since then I've guided dozens of women through ceremonial and somatic work helping them reconnect to themselves after years of living in their head, their anxiety, or their "just pushing through."

Mindful Microdose is the program I wish had existed when I was starting out. It's not about hacking your brain or optimizing your performance. It's about coming home to yourself gently, with support, in community.

I keep these groups small on purpose. Because every woman in the circle deserves to be truly seen.
